CAGJ Membership Gathering Part 3: Purpose, Vision & Theory of Change

Join us! SAT MAR 28, 9am-4pm

Location: Our office at Welcome Table Church, 1322 S Bayview St, Seattle 98144

Breakfast, lunch & snacks provided – Register today!

Join us for the final membership gathering of our Strategic Assessment & Planning Process! We’ll confirm CAGJ’s new vision and purpose (i.e. mission) statements and identify our organizing strategies, building off of our Theory of Change work and the September and January membership gatherings. Together with our consultant Scott Winn, we will review the building blocks, values, and assumptions informing our strategies to organize for food sovereignty and center racial equity. We’ll report-back on our Solidarity Campaign partner consultations as well. We’re excited to have arrived at this point in the process!

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT COVID-19 (Coronavirus): CAGJ is monitoring the situation and updates from  King County Public Health regarding the public caution around community gatherings and restrictions to prevent spread of the virus.  We will have an option for Zoom (video) to participate, and advise people to take precautions that they feel best for their health. If you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms, we ask you to please not attend in person. We will have agreements for interacting in the space to limit physical contact between people.

FOOD provided: We will provide breakfast, lunch & snacks for all food needs.

YOU are an important part of this process – please join us to help determine how we will transform the food system! Please register today!

VOLUNTEER! We are seeking volunteers to help the day run smoothly! Please email Heather ([email protected]) to sign-up! Thank you.
