Working with consultant Scott Winn, CAGJ developed our “Theory of Change” by updating our Mission and Vision, and then mapping backwards: we asked what are the necessary preconditions to achieve our Vision? In other words, what will it take to get there? It was developed with the leadership of CAGJ’s Dream Team, a dozen members who guided the process from June 2019 – October 2020, which included three CAGJ Membership gatherings. We wish to acknowledge Washington Bus for inspiring us with their Theory of Change!
