Op-Ed in Ames Tribune! Sign petition to build pressure on ISU to halt human trials of GM Banana

On Sunday September 20, students at ISU published yet another Op-ed in the Ames Tribune questioning the trials. The most recent Op-ed, titled “Jeopardizing ISU student’s health and Uganda’s future?,” includes information that we learned over the last few months through our freedom of information requests.

PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION!
If you haven’t already done so, please sign the students’ petition today (click here)! The students plan to deliver their petition to the administration soon, but they want more signatures! Please also ask those in your network to sign the petition by posting on social media and sending to your colleagues.

Thank you for your support. To learn more, read “Yes, we have no bananas” by AGRA Watch members Phil Bereano and Matt Canfield, and published in Third World Resurgence.
